WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are starting off hard with a 2 minute cardio block. We then have 4 blocks ranging in time between 7-13 minutes. We are focusing on upper body, lower body, and cardio with most exercises timed at 30-45 seconds each. We will make our way through 3 rounds before moving on to the next block. More legs than arms in this one, focusing on your posterior chain: hips/glutes/hamstrings.
