WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. WE HAVE 4 sets, 16 exercises as one LONG BLOCK! The intervals will be timed, which will descend by 10 seconds each set. The exercises will change as we complete a different lower body exercise, upper body exercise, cardio exercise, and then a core exercise. We keep that rotation going as we complete a 16 minute, 13:20 minute, 10:40 minute, and 8 minute block for the grand finale!
