WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have three 15 minute blocks that have arms, legs, core, and cardio in each one. COMBINATION MOVEMENTS are the main focus of this session. There will be 2 exercises combined as one or a split 30/30 second interval. Some will be working similar muscles and others will be focusing on arm and legs…same for your core and cardio! Be ready for a challenge!
