WHAT TO EXPECT:This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are starting with a 14 minute all upper body strength block for 3 rounds. In between each round there will be a 1 minute cardio blast. After the upper body block, we are moving on to a lower body strength block for 3 rounds with 1 minute of cardio in between each round. We will finish hard with a core/ab circuit. Total body challenge!
