WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have one loooong block that will have 2 exercises followed by a timed burpee interval. We keep this trend going the entire hour with the only change being your burpee interval decreasing by 5 seconds each round. Our team goal will be to get 3-4 rounds total of every exercise and stay within 1-2 burpees of your previous count as the time decreases! Be ready to work hard and compete with your own burpee count!
