WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. Each block will be around 8 minutes long and have 4 rounds, with decreasing timed intervals. There will be 3 exercises each block working total body, compound exercises, & cardio. Challenging day taxing the entire muscular system in multiple ways!
