WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have some short and some longer blocks ranging in time between 6-12 minutes. Strength, core, cardio is all incorporated into each one with a challenging combination of consecutive exercises. Bring on your intensity, you will need it for this one!
