WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We are working arms, legs, and low impact cardio in each of the 3 10-11 minute blocks. In between each block we have a 3 minute core blast before moving on to the next block. We finish hard with combining all of the cardio and core from the previous blocks.
