WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 2 strength exercises for 3 rounds before hitting 60 seconds of cardio. We then move on to the next block with 2 different strength exercises for 3 rounds and 60 seconds of cardio. Once the first 2 blocks are completed, we are combining them as one block for one round and finishing hard with another 60 seconds of cardio. We keep this intensity for the entire hour! Be ready to move, sweat, and work hard!
