WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 blocks that will range in time between 11-14 minutes. We are working total body strengthening with decreasing in time cardio blasts in each block. Our 4th block will be a mix of some of the exercises & cardio from the previous blocks. We end with a core blast..if we move fast enough and there is time remaining.
