WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. This workout will be STRENGTH focused without any cardio. We have 3 blocks ranging in time between 9-10 minutes. Each block will have upper body, lower Body, and core exercises. Once we make our way through 3 rounds we will move on to the next block. The bonus block at the end will combine each block as one for the 4th set!
