WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 7:30 minute blocks with a mix of upper and lower body. After 3 rounds we go right into cardio, increasing time after each block with an added cardio exercise each round. At the end, we have a bonus block where I’ve pulled specific exercises from the completed blocks to make for a challenging finish. Core blast to end the hour.
