WHAT TO EXPECT: This class will include a 5 minute dynamic warm up. We have 3 blocks ranging in time between 10-12 minutes. We are focusing on upper and lower body, compound exercises, and cardio for each block. The last block will be 9 minutes long alternating between a quick cardio set, core set, back to cardio set, and finishing with core. High heart rate & calorie burning day! We are on the move the entire hour!
